Our Story

Hello, my name is Brian McCafferty and I would first like to sincerely thank you for visiting our store. Whether you are having your vehicle serviced, purchasing parts, shopping for a new or used car, or just came in to have a look around, I want you to know that each of us at Avondale Toyota are committed to making your experience “Everything but Ordinary”.

As you may have realized by now, our store is nothing like your typical car dealership, the experience that you have while visiting us is the realization of a vision that began many years ago by me and my family. Today, it is being executed on a daily basis by a staff who I feel fortunate who also share in this vision.

Our business has been changing for many years now, with the progression of technology in our society, there is an overwhelming availability of information to the consumer. Add to this, the incredible number of new vehicle models and seemingly unlimited customer choices, it’s easy to see why it’s a “whole new ball game” out there.

Strangely enough, our industry has not re-acted to this change, and for the most part has continued the philosophy “business as usual”.

It’s our vision at Avondale Toyota to re-define this process and lead the industry in this much needed change. These are the reasons that our Facility, our Sales and Service processes, and the Training of our People have been designed around the experience that you, our customer, deserve to enjoy each and every time you support us with your business.
